Gretchen Hardison

Gretchen Hardison is an Environmental Affairs Officer with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP), the municipal water and electric utility for the City of Los Angeles. As a member of the Efficiency Solutions Division, Gretchen oversees Community Partnership activities, including the partnership with Southern California Gas Company for joint customer incentive programs within our shared territory. Prior to her five years with LADWP, Gretchen managed the air quality and climate change group at the City’s Environmental Affairs Department, and worked as an environmental consultant prior to that. Gretchen has a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from UCLA and a BA in Social Ecology from UC Irvine.
