Andrew Greaves

Andrew is Senior Director at EY. He graduated with an MEM/MBA from Yale in 2018. He is committed to uncovering no-cost and profit-generating sustainability measures, namely within the apparel industry. At Yale he was the founder of the Sustainability Working Group, which interfaces between students and faculty to educate and iterate on sustainability initiatives pertaining to Evans Hall. He is also a leader of GreenLight, CBEY’s design and innovation workshops for corporate environmental challenges, where he develops the pipeline of participating companies.  

Andrew spent his summer internship in 2016 at L.L. Bean, where he was the Sustainability Strategy intern. His collaboration with twenty individuals from across the company resulted in 64 recommendations for more sustainable practices, which were delivered to the CEO to support the company’s redoubled efforts.   Andrew has also worked on sustainability and social responsibility for the American Apparel and Footwear Association in Washington, D.C. In 2014 he was a recipient of a Fulbright Fellowship to teach English in rural Malaysia. Andrew received his Bachelor’s degree in Government from Connecticut College. In his free time he can be found in and around mountains, behind pianos, or on his bike.
