Premiere of Al Gore's "An Inconvenient Sequel"

Please join us at 6pm on Friday, July 28th, for a free screening of the long-awaited followup to An Inconvenient Truth, one of the most powerful climate documentaries ever released.

Beforehand, we will have a 1-hour reception. We will also be joined by Yale Program on Climate Change Communication Director Anthony Leiserowitz and Kalee Kreider, UN Foundation senior climate advisor and Al Gore’s former communications director, for a brief Q&A after the film. This screening and reception are open to the public.

Synopsis of An Inconvenient Sequel from Paramount Pictures

A decade after AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH brought climate change into the heart of popular culture, comes the riveting and rousing follow-up that shows just how close we are to a real energy revolution. Vice President Al Gore continues his tireless fight traveling around the world training an army of climate champions and influencing international climate policy. Cameras follow him behind the scenes – in moments both private and public, funny and poignant – as he pursues the inspirational idea that while the stakes have never been higher, the perils of climate change can be overcome with human ingenuity and passion.

"It is increasingly clear that business not only has to contribute to put the planet on a sustainable path, it has to lead. And every manager knows that any change initiative has to start with a clear eyed examination of the facts. That's why we are so delighted to have the Connecticut premier of 'An Inconvenient Sequel' at Yale School of Management." — David Bach, Senior Associate Dean, Yale School of Management
