Lunch Workshop with Founder of The Ground_Up Project

Please join us as we welcome Brindusa Fridanza from The Ground_Up Project, a start-up digital network designed to connect environmental projects to resources.

This will be a hands-on workshop where students will be challenged to brainstorm about the applicability of the Lean Start-Up methodology to small-scale environment projects.

The Ground_Up Project team will then define potential areas of collaboration where interested students could help test and prove the usability of the Lean Canvas as a template to inventory the projects on The Ground_Up Project platform.

Initial questions for discussion include:

  • How could the Lean Canvas be adapted to small-scale environmental projects?
  • Can a Lean Canvas fit a diversity of regions, sectors and project maturity?
  • What would make such a canvas attractive to investors? How about other types of stakeholders (NGOs, public organisations etc)?

About The Ground_Up Project
The Ground_Up Project is a global digital network that provides global access to standardized, trustworthy information about small environmental impact projects, thus enabling access to resources and making small projects a driver of environmental change.
